Ingredients
Crust1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs)2 Tbsp Sugar3 Tbsp butter salted-melted1 cup Dulce De Leche-Nestle BrandFilling2 8 oz packages of cream cheese-room temperature1/2 cup granulated sugar2 Large eggs2 tsp Vanilla ExtractGlaze3 oz Ghirardelli Premium Baking bar 60% cacao-bittersweet1/2 stick (4 Tbsp) Butter, unsalted2 tsp Light Corn Syrup
Directions
Preheat oven to 325. Line bottom and sides of an 8" square pan with non stick foil, leaving extra overhang. Stir crust ingredients together with a fork and press into the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake 10 min. and then cool 5 minutes on rack.

Pour Dulce de Leche on crust. You may want to microwave it a little bit as it was difficult to spread on the crust. I plan do micro at 10 sec intervals until it is a pouring consistancy. Place in fridge while making filling.

Filling-Beat cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Pour over the Dulce De Leche layer evenly, and bake for 45-55 minutes or until the center slightly jiggles. Cool completely and chill in the fridge for 3 hours.

Glaze: Microwave glaze ingredients until smooth. Pour over cheesecake evenly and chill for 30 minutes. Cut into 16 even pieces.
