Whole Wheat Light Veggie Pizza

Ingredients
trader joe's whole wheat pizza dough (i rolled mine out into a long rectangle)2oz part skim mozzarella cheese2oz feta cheese (i didn't have low fat at the time)32 cherry tomatoes (halved)8oz fire roasted red peppers (trader joes kind, 1 jar drained)20 leaves fresh basil (i like basil, use less if you want)3 large garlic cloves, minced (again i love garlic, use less if you want)10 kalamata olives, halved (trader joes kind)3 cups baby spinach
Directions
once you have your dough in the shape you want, rub the minced garlic all over it, lay the baby spinach on top, next cut the red peppers into long pieces and arrange evenly over pizza, spinkle 2oz mozzarella cheese, add your cherry tomatoes, add your basil, add the 2oz feta and add the olives, add salt to tast and bake 25 minutes at 350. Cut into 4 equal portions and serve or save for later in the fridge or freezer.
