Ingredients
1 can of CBH1 9" pie crustHalf bag (or as much as you want) of mild cheddar cheese (227g = whole bag)7-9 eggs (regular sized)
Directions
I start by mixing and salt and peppering a few eggs and pouring some in the bottom of the pie crust. Scoop some CBH in the bottom and mix with the eggs previously poured. Proceed to mix in (by the same fashion) rotating between cheese, eggs, and CBH.

Bake at 375degrees for an hour or until no longer liquid/browning on top.

I made corned beef in my slow cooker and it was ready sooner that I thought. It still tasted great but I couldn't get many nice slices. Decided to make my own corned beef hash and found this recipe to use up a lot of the hash. The quiche is delicious! Thanks for your recipe. - 6/23/19
