Crockpot Meatless Taco Soup

1 cup chopped onions2 cans cooked black beans (if using canned, drain)1 can corn (if using canned, drain)1 can diced tomatoes, undrained1 carton low sodium vegetable broth (4 cups if making your own)4 cups water1/4 cup cumin2 tsp salt free seasoning mix1/4 cup red pepper flakes2 TBS jarred sliced jalepanos1 cup chopped cilantro (more for garnish)salt and pepper to taste
Add all ingredients in a crock pot. Cook 4 hours on high, 6 to 8 on low. Serve and enjoy!
