2 15 oz cans Garbanzo Beans1 medium Onion, diced2 clove Garlic, minced1 Tbsp dried Parsley1/4 cup all-purpose flour2 tsp ground Coriander seed2 tsp ground Cumin seed1 tsp Baking Powder
Preheat oven and muffin tin or shallow baking dish to 350 degrees. drain & rinse beans and add to large bowl. Mash with with potato masher or in food processor. Add onions & garlic and mash until combined. Add remaining ingredients until a combined and thick paste consistency. Shape into ping-pong sized balls. Spray pre-heated baking dish with non-stick spray and place balls into dish. Bake 15-20 minutes, turning 1/2 way through.
