Ingredients
Ground beef *500 g / 1 poundTomato juice no salt added 48 ozTomato paste .5 can 13 ozTomato sauce .5 can 13 ozItalian spices 2 tspCelery flakes 1.5 tspOnion flakes 1.5 tspSalt 1Garlic powder 1/8 tspBay leaf 1
Directions
Put into a large pot tomato juice, tomato paste, tomato sauce and all spices. In a pan brown the ground beef. Strain the meat and add to the sauce. Simmer for 3 hours. Makes 8 serving.
