Ingredients
Directions
3x24oz jars of sauce (we like Bertolli)6 lbs ground beef (or beef/pork combo)3 cups gluten-free breadcrumbs (I use half of a 13oz box of Rice Chex, crushed)1.5 cups milk6 eggs1.5 cups grated Parmesan cheese (you can omit)6 tbs. parsley3 tea salt6 tea Ital. seasoning3 tea garlic powder3 tea pepper3 tea salt
Heat sauce in a large pot, set to simmer.
After rolling each 1" meatball in your hand, slip it into the sauce. (don't splash, ouch!)
Count as you go so you have a sense of how many servings you really have.
Simmer for 3 hours.
Pack into containers and freeze or store -- or eat. :D
Serving Size: Makes about 22 10-ball servings.
Number of Servings: 22
