Slow cooker lentil soup

Ingredients�1 lb lentils (rinsed)�3 cups organic low-sodium vegetable broth�4 cups water�4 carrots, diced�1 onion, diced�6 cloves of garlic, diced�1 can diced tomatoes (I used fire-roasted)�1 teaspoon oregano�1 teaspoon thyme�Salt and pepper�2 cups baby spinach
Combine all ingredients except spinach in crock pot. Cook on low 4-6 hours. Add in spinach for the last few minutes and allow to wilt. Enjoy!
