Lemon Chicken Orzo Soup

CHICKEN:1 pound chicken meatORZO:6 cups water1/2 lb orzo pasta3/4 teaspoon saltSOUP:9 tablespoons flour5 tablespoons margarine or butter11 1/2 cups water4 1/2 tablespoons chicken base1/2 cup lemon juice1/2 tablespoons lemon zest1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon white pepper6 eggs (1 1/4 cup)
Cook chicken meat if needed; cut into bite size pieces.
Cook orzo in a pot for ~10 minutes, strain, and cool in cold water, drain.
In a large pot, melt butter and whisk in flour; cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.
Add soup ingredients except eggs to pot and bring to a boil; simmer for 15 minutes.
Crack eggs into a bowl; slowly add 2 cups of the soup to the bowl and whisk to combine. Slowly add back to the pot, stirring.
Add chicken and orzo to soup. Season to taste.
