Leftover Chicken with Curry

2 cups chopped leftover roast chicken (breast, leg, thigh)1 tablespoon canola oil1/2 large spanish onion, chopped1 tablespoon curry powder1 tablespoon chili powder1/2 tsp garlic powder3 tablespoons soy sauce1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce1-1/2 cups uncooked long grain white riceWater as needed
Heat oil in large frying pan. Add chopped chicken, spices, soy sauce and worcestershire sauce. MIx chicken to coat and cook until heated through. Turn off heat and let sit 1/2 hour. Meanwhile, cook rice. Add onions to chicken and cook until they are translucent. Add rice and mix thoroughly. Add more water if needed to keep moist.
