Wheat Crepes

Ingredients
1/2 cup whole wheat flour1 egg1/4 cup skim milk1/4 cup water1 tbsp butter, melted
Directions
Add flour & salt to medium sized bowl.
Then add egg, milk, water, and butter & whisk together.
Heat medium sized saucepan to medium-high heat.
Spray with cooking spray and pour about 1/4 cup of batter into pan. Cook about 2 minutes or until edges start to curl up and flip to other side & cook another 2 minutes.


Serving Size: Makes 5-6 creeps depending on size of pan
