Corn and Snow Pea Salad

Ingredients
4 c. snow peas, trimmed and cut in half if large(raw)2 cans sweet yellow corn, drained 1/2 purple onion, diced2 medium sweet red peppers, sliced into small strips2 T plus 1 tsp. lemon juice5T Splenda1/2 C. oilsalt to taste
Directions
Combine all vegetables. Mix lemon juice, Splenda, oil and salt well. Pour over salad and toss. Enjoy!
