Blender Oat Waffles

Ingredients
1-3/4 cups buttermilk3 egg yolks2 Tbls. Canola oil1 tsp. vanilla extract2 cups rolled oats, uncooked2 tsp. Stevia1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. baking soda2 tsps. Baking powder3 stiffly beaten egg whites
Directions
Place first five ingredients in a blender and blend at high speed for two minutes. Mix in next four ingredients and blend quickly. I beat the egg whites separately and fold them in at the end. Bake on moderate hot waffle iron that has been sprayed with pan coating.
