Pamela's Gluten Free Banana Nut Muffins

Butter, salted, 4 tbsp Banana, fresh, 1 cup, mashed Egg, fresh, 1 large Vanilla Extract, .5 tsp Baking Soda, .5 tsp Salt, .25 tsp Walnuts, .33 cup, chopped Pamela's Artisan Flour Blend, 110 grams
Pre-heat oven to 350
Beat together butter, sugar, bananas, eggs,a nd vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients and stir. Stir in nuts. Pour 3/4 full into greased muffin tin. Bake for 16 to 18 minutes, or until tothpick comes out clean and top springs back under slight touch.
Serving Size: Makes 7 muffins, one muffin per serving
