Ingredients
Kale, 5 cup, chopped (remove)Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1.5 cup (remove)Vegetable Broth, 4 cup (remove)*Arrowhead Organic Buckwheat Flour, 0.25 cup (remove)Red Star, Nutritional Yeast, Vegetarian Support Formula, 8 Tbspn (remove)
Directions
Put kale, garbanzo beans, and 2 c vegetable broth in covered skillet and let steam.
Meanwhile, whisk together the other ingredients in a saucepan to make the gravy.
