Personal Baked Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredients
2 eggs1/2 cup applesauce1/3 cup brown sugar, packed1 & 1/3 cup skim milk2 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt2 tsp cinnamon3 cups of oats(optional) nuts, chocolate chips, berries, and/or raisins for the top.
Directions
preheat the oven to 400 degrees

spray muffin tins or wrappers (I use silicone) with non-stick spray.

Mix together egg, applesauce, brown sugar & skim milk. Then add baking powder, salt, cinnamon & oats.

Fill 24 muffin wells/wrappers about halfway. Add any optional toppings.

Bake for 20 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 24 individual muffin sized pieces.
