Ingredients
3 cups frozen, unsweetened mixed berries1 Activia yogurt cup2 scoops Publix Greenwise Vanilla Protein Powder2 tsp. Metamusil Clear Fiber Powder1/2 cup Skim Milk
Directions
Mix all ingredients in blender on med-high speed until well blended. Pour into 2 glasses & serve. Refrigerate any unused portion.
