Carrot Gratin

Ingredients
Carrots, cooked, 3 carrot Butter, unsalted, 3 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Skim Milk, 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, 4 slice (1 oz)
Directions
Wash and Boil the Carrots. Then Mash the Carrots.
Cook on low heat in a pan mashed carrots with butter first then add milk and then cheese
When it forms a thick paste in the pan, take away from heat and put in the oven for 10 mins at 180 degrees fahrenheit
