2 cups shredded mozarella cheese1/3 cup heavy cream1 cup egg whites4 oz cream cheese, softened1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese1/4 cup crumbled feta cheeseTurkey pepperoni, 30 1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp Italian herbs
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Sprinkle shredded mozarella evenly in the bottom of an 8x8 baking pan, sprayed with non stick spray (I use olive oil spray). In a blender, combine heavy cream, cream cheese and egg whites til well blended. Add parmesan cheese, garlic powder and italian herbs and again blend slilghtly until mixed in. Pour egg white mixture over mozarella cheese and bake for 25 minutes or until browned.
Remove from oven, add the toppings of your choice. (I used pepperoni, mozarella cheese, parmesan cheese and feta cheese, as stated). Bake until brown and bubbly.
