Sugar free pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup flour1 1/2 tsp truvia baking blend2 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt1 egg1 cup milk2 tbls canola oil1 tsp vanilla extract1 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions
Mix dry ingredients. Add beaten egg. Whip in rest of ingredients. In a Hot skillet spay with cooking spray. I use an ice cream scooper to make more even pancakes.
Cook until lightly browned.
