Cabbage soup, carrots, potatoes, and milk

Ingredients
cabbage - one small head, choppedcarrots - 5 small, slicedbutter - 2 tblsp.chicken broth - one canbacon bits - .33 cupdehydrated onion - 1 tsp.water - 3 cupsshredded potatoes - 3 cups frozen1% milk - 3 cups
Directions
Melt butter in large kettle over med high heat. Add carrots, cabbage, onions, broth, bacon and water. Bring to simmer for 10 min. Add frozen potatoes bring up to simmer and add milk. Slowly warm till heated through.
