Ingredients
Directions
1 medium banana, mashed1 cup complete pancake mix (the kind you only need to add water to)2-3 T. Nestle mini chocolate chips (chopped peanut butter chips also work well)3/4 cup waterCooking spray (I like butter flavored, but regular works just fine.)
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Stir until just combined. There should still be some lumps.
Heat non-stick griddle over medium-low to medium heat. Spray hot griddle lightly with cooking spray.
Pour 1/4 puddles of pancake batter onto hot griddle.
Cook until edges begin to dry and bubbles begin to form on top.
Carefully flip. Cook about a minute more.
Remove to a plate in a warm oven.
