10 almonds1/2c water1c nutritional yeast1/4c double concentrated tomato paste1 sm bunch oregano1/2T red pepper flakea few basil leaves (optional)1 bunch kale, ripped into chip-sized pieces with stems discarded (183g)
Soak almonds in water overnight.
Heat oven to 250F.
Combine almonds, water, and remaining ingredients, except the kale, in a food processor. Process for one minute or until oregano stems are no longer visible.
Toss kale in the flavor mixture. Spread on cookie sheets and bake. After cooled, divide into containers.
