Cauliflower Salad

Ingredients
2 cups cauliflower, cooked & cooled2 hard boiled eggs1 tbs sweet pickle relish1/2 cup sweet red pepper4 tbs Light Mayo1 tsp Dijon Mustard
Directions
Cut the cauliflower into bite sized pieces.
Peel & chop the eggs & red pepper.
Mix together in a bowl.
Add relish, mayo and mustard and mix together. Add pepper to taste.
Makes 5- 1/2 cup servings
