Asparagus, Oven Roasted

Ingredients
1 lb fresh Asparagus, 480 grams2 cloves Garlic, minced2 tbsp Olive OilSea SaltFreshly ground Pepper
Directions
Snap the tough ends from 1 lb fresh asparagus, put 'em in a ziplock, pour 2 tbls olive oil, 2 minced garlic cloves... gently toss the bag 'til spears are well-coated.

Lay out the spears in a single layer in a roasting pan, sprinkle w/ freshly ground sea salt & black pepper, roast for 8-10 min (depending on how thin your spears are) @400ºF.
