Broccoli, Cauliflower and Carrot Soup

Ingredients
Onions, 1 cup, sliced Garlic, 1.5 tsp *Mixed Vegetables (Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrots), 500gChicken stock, 800mlSpinach, 100 grams Nutmeg, ground, 1/4 tspDry Mixed herbs, 1 tspPaprika, 1 tsp
Directions
Dry fry (with a little water) garlic and onion. Add the spices and vegetables and sweat for 2 minutes. Add stock and cook for 10 minutes until vegetables are soft. Liquidize soup and enjoy!
