Ingredients
2 cups cilantro, stems removed4 Tbsp honey1 cup rice vinegar1/2 cup red wine vinegar1/2 small lime, peeled and seeded1 can artichoke hearts (14 oz can), rinsed well and drained.

Put everything a blender and blend until smooth.
