Banana Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup flour2 tsp baking powder0.25 tsp salt 0.125 (1/8) tsp cinammon1 cup coconut milk1 medium banana1 tsp vanilla
Directions
-In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder,salt and cinnamon,

-In a blender/food processor, blend the milk, banana and vanilla until smooth.

-Combine into flour mixture and stir til just combined.

-Portion batter onto lightly oiled frying pan and cover til center starts to bubble.

-Flip pancake over and cook other side til golden brown.

Serving Size: Makes 4 small or 2 large pancakes
