Cabbage Rolls with fresh tomato sauce

Ingredients
1 head cabbage1 lb lean ground beef1 egg1 small onion1 1/2 cups white rice8 medium tomatoes pureed1/2 green pepper1 tbsp honeyherbs to taste (basil, garlic, oregano)
Directions
brown beef, add onions
cook rice separately
add rice and egg to beef mixture
boil cabbage slightly to remove leaves
roll beef mixture into leaves
puree in food processor: seeded tomatoes, green pepper, honey and herbs
pour tomato mixture over rolled
cook at 350 for 90 minutes to 2 hours
check that there is enough liquid periodically
