Gluten Free Peanut Butter Granola Bars

4.5 Cups Gluten Free Oats1 Cup All Purpose Gluten Free Flour1 tsp. Baking Soda1/2 Cup Natural Sugar Free Peanut Butter1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter (softened)1 Cup Light Agave Nectar(possible add ins: raisins, unsweetened carob chips, dried fruit)
Lightly grease 9x13 baking dish. Preheat oven to 325. Combine all ingredients (except for add ins) in a large mixture and beat until thoroughly combined. Stir in add ins, if any. Press into baking dish. Press firmly, or bars can get crumbly. Bake for 25 min. Remove and let cool for 10 min. Cut and serve!
