Katie's savory crockpot pork roast

Ingredients
Place pork roast, untrimmed into crockpot, mix all other ingredients well and pour over roast. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Pork will be fork tender. If you wish, remove the pork from the drippings, pour the drippings into a small sauce pan, add 1Tbsp of cornstarch in approx. 1 cup of water and add it to the drippings once they come to a boil. Whisk until thick and you have a delicious gravy!!!
