Easy crêpes

Ingredients
1-1/4 cups skim milk3 large eggs2 tsp. Canola oildash of salt1-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
Directions
Beat eggs, milk, and oïl in a medium sized bowl until well mixed. Gradually beat in flour and salt. Heat non-stick frying pan with a light coating of cooking-spray. Pour approx. 1/2 cup batter onto hot surface and tilt pan to cover bottom. Turn when lightly golden and remove when done. Repeat** with subsequent crêpes.

Serving Size: Makes 7, 9" thin crêpes.
