Pumpkin-Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin 15 oz.Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 4 large *Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 1/2 cupBrown Sugar, 1 cup, unpacked Granulated Sugar, 1 cup *Flour, white, 1 3/4 cup*Whole Wheat Flour, 1 3/4 cup Baking Soda, 2 tsp Salt, 1.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp Ginger, ground, 1 tsp **Flax Seed, 3 tbsp *Mini Chocolate Chips, 1 cup Applesauce, unsweetened, .5 cup
1. Heat oven to 350
2. Grease and flour pans
3. Blend together wet ingredients in bowl
4. Whisk together dry ingredients in another bowl
5. Using mixer blend dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
6. Pour into loaves
7. Cook for 50-65 minutes or until knife inserted into loaf comes out clean
Serving Size: Makes 3 loaves
