yellow curry sauce

1/4 cup yellow curry paste (mae ploy from asian supermarket)1 can coconut milk1 tbsp vegetable oil
Directions
fry curry paste in oil for a few minutes and add coconut milk and simmer about 15 minutes. this is barely a recipe at all. :)
