Ingredients
2 cup juicy juice4 cup dole frozen mixed fruit2 bananas1/2 scoop whey protein powder
Directions
Place juice, bananas, and whey powder in blender and blend. Add frozen fruit a little at a time careful not to overload your blender. Enjoy a delicious, filling, nutritious snack. The serving size for this is 14 oz. or 1 3/4 cup, so it's a lot for your calories.
