2 cup skim milk1 cup nonfat plain yogurt1.5 cup frozen strawberry1 cup frozen pineapple chunks1 medium banana1 scoop chocolate whey protien powder ( you can use vanilla powder if you dont like the chocolate)2 packets splenda
Put all ingredients in blender and blend! Makes approx 4-10 oz servings. Store unused smoothie in fridge for later.
