Ingredients
cabbage, salt, pepper, non-calorie seasoning of your choice.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut half of a head of cabbage into slices, then spread the strips out onto a cookie sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt, pepper, and any other non-calorie seasoning of your choice. Bake until the cabbage is limp, but still a little crunchy. Remove from pan and serve. Also keeps well in the 'fridge.
