Herring Salad

Ingredients
1 cup diced pickled herring1 cup diced pickled beets1 cup diced dill pickles1 cup diced hard boiled eggs (about 2 eggs)1 cup diced granny smith apples3 tablespoons capers5 tablespoons mayonnaise
Directions
Drain and dry on a paper towel pickled herring, pickled beets, dill pickles and capers. Dice herring, beets, pickles, eggs, and apples. Add to bowl and mix in capers and mayonnaise. Refrigerate and serve.
