Dutch Cookies

Ingredients
2 sticks Oleo or Butter (easier if butter is at room temp.)1 cup sugar1 egg yolk2 cup flour1 tsp. cinnamon1/2 cup pecans
Directions
Cream Butter (Oleo) and sugar;
Add egg yolk, flour and cinnamon
Press into long, greased cookie sheet
Cover top with egg whites, sprinkle nuts and press into batter.
