Ingredients
1 medium head of cabbage, shredded4 potatoes, cubed1 large onion, chopped4 cloves of garlic, diced2 15oz cans of tomatoes1 can Rotel2 cubes vegetable broth bouillon4 stalks celery, sliced4 carrots, sliced4 T cider vinegar1 T dried rosemaryDash of salt and pepper2 t Tabasco2 quarts water
Directions
Chop everything and put it into 9.5qt large pot
Make sure there's enough water to cover the veggies\
Get to boiling and simmer 2 hours or until potatoes are done

Serving Size: 2 gallons of soup (32 servings of 8 oz bowls)
