.25 cup flax meal1 tsp baking powder1 tsp cinnamon.5-1 tsp splenda1 tsp oil1 egg1/8 cup berries
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients. Add wet and mix together. add berries or other mix ins. Microwave for 1min or 1 min 30 with frozen berries.
