Easy Crock Pot Beef and Lentil Stew

Ingredients
1 lb beef stew meatseasoned saltdried crushed bay leaves2 cups water2 cups raw grated carrots (about 4 regular size)2 containers (17.6 oz) Market Pantry Homestyle Lentil Ready-To-Serve-Soup (found at Target)
Directions
Place stew meat in slow cooker and season to preference with seasoned salt and dried bay leaves. Pour 2 cups water over meat and cook on high for 3 hours. Remove meat with a slotted spoon and add the carrots to the broth. Shred the meat and return it to the slow cooker with the carrots and broth and stir. Cook an additional 3 hours.

During the last hour of cooking add the Lentil soup. Enjoy!
