Ingredients
Quinoa 1/4 cup dry, Dates, 3 date Goji Berries, 5 tbsp Sunflower Seeds, without salt, .333 cup, hulled ()Pecan Nuts 10 halves, ()2.5 tbsp ground almondpeanut butter unsweetened unsalted 1 tbsp1 sliced banana
Directions
Boil all ingredients in water until the Quinoa is cooked.
Add muscat and cinnamon sticks to taste.
When cooked strain off the liquid and keep as a tasty nut drink to add with breakfast
