Heart's Chili Throwdown

Ingredients
80/20 ground beef chuck, 18 oz Onion - Yellow (1 Cup), 1.5 serving Green pepper fresh raw, 1 cupCumin seed, 1 tbsp Chili powder, 2 tbsp Salt, 2 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp French's Worchestershire Sauce, 4 tsp Beans, red kidney, 2.5 cup Beans, black, .5 cup Red Ripe Tomatoes, 8 cup, chopped or sliced (Mine were from Summer garden oven roasted, frozen for use in winter)Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 0.5 serving (Not really, it was all I had to choose from, but 1/2 can diced tomatoes)Red Pepper Flakes to tasteCayenne Pepper to taste, Be careful this is HOT
Directions
Brown beef, add veggies, simmer for a while like you would for chili, add tomatoes and seasoning. Then add remaining ingredients. Simmer on low for as long as you want, but not more than 4 hrs.
