Ingredients
8 Large Eggs1 Cup Colby and Monterey Jack Shredded Cheese.5 Cup Light Whipping CreamHalf package of Farmland Pork and Bacon SausageOne Deep dish pie crust
Directions
Bake Pie crust for 10 minutes while you brown the sausage and mix the following:
Eggs, whipping cream and most of the cheese
After pie crust is baked, add brown sausage at the bottom, then egg mixture, top with cheese
Bake for 30 to 45 minutes, until done to a toothpick
