Very low fat Potato soup

Ingredients
Red Potato, 400 grams (remove) - 4 medium Cauliflower, cooked, 2 cup (1" pieces) (remove) Fat free half and half, 1 cup (remove) *chobani fat free greek yogurt plain 8 oz,227 grams, .5 serving (remove) Chicken Broth, 20 fl oz (remove) *Kraft Natural Cheese Fat Free Shredded Cheddar, .5 cup (remove) Bacon - Farmland Thick Sliced Bacon, 3 serving (remove) *1 med yellow onion, .5 serving (remove)Green onions
Directions
Steam cauliflower and boil potatoes until tender. Take 1 cup potatoes out and blend the rest along with cauliflower. Cook bacon and reserve 1 tbsp bacon grease. Sautee chopped onion in grease. Add remainder of ingredients - may add more broth to thin. Salt and pepper to taste. Add cheese at the end..top with crumbled bacon and green onions
