Sausage Shrimp Gumbo

Ingredients
Ingredients:andouille sausage, 14 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 3 tbsp All-Purpose White Flour, 1/4 cup Celery, raw, 2 stalk, mediumGreen Bell Pepper, 1 medium, raw, Onion, 1 medium chopped Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 13/4 cup Okra, 10 oz slices Hot Pepper Sauce, 2 tsp Dried Thyme, 1/4 tsp Dried Oregano, 1/4tsp Bay Leaf, 1 Beer - Shiner Bock, 1/2 c or water Frozen Cooked Shrimp, 1 lb
Directions
Cut sausage into bite size pieces, heat a dutch oven with tbs of oil and brown sausage. Remove and retain one Tbs of drippings. Add 2 more Tbs of oil and heat and slowly add flour stirring until brown. Add Celery, Green Pepper, onion and stir to coat with flour mixture and cook for 10 minutes. Slowly add chicken broth stirring whole time add okra, seasonings, sausage, and water or beer. Bring to a simmer and cover on low heat for 15 min. Add thawed shrimp to heat but if already cooked do not boil.
