Banana, fresh, 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (remove)*Mango Fruit, peeled, seeded, chopped (Rose variety), 1 cup (remove)Strawberries, fresh, .75 cup, halves (remove)Kiwi Fruit, 2 fruit without skin, medium (remove)Honey, 1.5 tbsp (remove)Lime Juice, .3 cup (remove)Ginger Root, .75 tsp (remove)
For the dressing: Mix the lime juice, honey and ginger in a small bowl.
For the fruit salad: Mix the fruit in a large salad bowl. Pour the dressing over the fruit and stir. Serve immediately if you use bananas.
