Coconut Oil Organic 2 tbspButter, unsalted, .25 cupOnion diced small, 1 largeGarlic, 4 cloves, mincedGinger Root, minced, 3 tspDairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup, 1.5 cupTomato Sauce, 1 cupWhole Wheat Flour, .0625 cupCornstarch, .25 cupGaram Masala, 2 tspCurry powder, 1 tspChili powder, 2 tspSalt, 2 tspPepper, black, 2 tspChicken Breast, cut into two inch cubes, 3 lbs
Heat coconut oil and butter on medium high until melted and hot. Cook onion, garlic and ginger until onion is translucent, stirring frequently. Stir in tomato sauce, milk, flour, cornstarch and spices, stir till smooth. Allow to thicken slightly. Put chicken cubes in crock pot, pour sauce over, and mix gently. Cook on low 5 hours.
