1 lb ground beef4 carrots1 onion chopped28 oz can diced tomatoes19 oz can kidney beans19 oz chickpeas15 oz spagetti sauce12 oz motts garden cocktail946 ml chicken broth1 tsp minced garlic1 tsp oregano and basil.5 tsp thyme1.5 tsp salt
brown beef and drain fat. add carrot, onion and garlic and saute 10 mins. Add rest of ingredients and simmer for 75 mins.
